Rescue crews retrieved Osibona’s body on Thursday evening, according to a National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) officer on the scene, who verified the news to TheCable.
Several security personnel were on the ground on Thursday night as the ministry of health transported his body away from the scene.
On Monday afternoon, the structure, which was one of three under construction, fell.
There is no official estimate of how many individuals were inside the building when it collapsed.
Meanwhile, NEMA has found 38 bodies as of Thursday afternoon.
