Tekno x Mafikizolo – “Enjoy” (Remix)

Alhaji Tekno returns with a remix of his fan-favorite ‘Enjoy,’ featuring Mafikizolo, a South African music duo.
“ENJOY,” produced by Blaise Beatz, is a fast-uptempo track with some excellent vibes, with additional string provided by Fiokee and melody provided by Tekno. Tekno delivers the Mafikizolo-assisted Remix in the new month of 2021, May.

Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Nciza form the South African musical group Mafikizolo. They’ve won the South African Music Award for Group or Duo of the Year three times. When they released their internationally recognized track Khona featuring Uhuru in 2013, they reformed as a group. More information can be found here.

Tekno’s debut album, Old Romance, contains the original track. The album “Old Romance” is more of a pop record. Afro-Beat, Highlife, R&B, Trap-soul; a pop album with a unique blend of another genre.

The album’s subject is mostly focused on romance. And he added a different sound to each song, giving it a unique vibe. Tekno, a singer-songwriter, demonstrates the breadth of his abilities in Old Romance. His debut album combines sharp poetry with enticing Afropop songs laced with dancehall, R&B, Afrohouse, and other influences. In addition to composing dance-ready melodies like “Tumbo” and “Dana,” the singer also ties the challenges of love (“Family Issues”) into an indisputably joyous listen—as the prelude to the album’s release.
